1.2 Food Orders & Acceptance

  • Once an order is placed, confirmation is sent via SMS/Email.
  • Orders are subject to item availability and restaurant operating hours.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or operational constraints.

1.3 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely via RBI-approved payment gateways.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

1.4 Food Quality & Allergens

We ensure hygienic food preparation and safe packaging. Customers are advised to check ingredients and clearly inform us of any food allergies before placing an order.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Liability, if any, is limited to the order value.


2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

Delivery services are available only within serviceable locations displayed on our website or ordering platform.

2.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time ranges between 30–90 minutes, depending on order size, distance, traffic, and weather conditions.

2.3 Delivery Charges

2.4 Proof of Delivery

Customers may be required to provide an OTP or signature at the time of delivery to confirm successful handover.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer, as food is prepared fresh immediately after confirmation.

3.2 Cancellation by Restaurant

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Item unavailability
  • Restaurant closure or operational issues
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Unserviceable delivery locations

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled by the restaurant
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed
  • Wrong item delivered or order not delivered

3.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
